Reset your password
Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.
The names, email addresses, and team details shown are fictional examples for illustration.
Before you start
Make sure you can access the inbox for your registered email. You'll set a new password through the reset link.
Step by step

Choose Forgot password
Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your registered email.

Find the reset email
Request a reset link, then check your inbox. If it doesn't appear, check spam as well.

Set a new password
Open the latest email's link within 15 minutes. Enter a new password different from your old one twice, then finish the change.
Check that you're done
Return to sign-in and try your new password.
If you need help
No email? Check the address and spam folder. You can request another link 15 minutes after your last request. If a link has expired, get a new one.
